operated pursuant to the relationship between Hoffa-MackNow.com,
Hoffa-Mack 2006 ("HM")

WE have a strategic relationship for online purchases

within the Web Site on the Store and Donate pages. Your

discloses the privacy practices for the Web Site - what information WE

promotions, and/or e-commerce, etc. They each have separate privacy and
data collection practices, independent of the Web Site and WE hhave no
responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions and is
not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such parties/sites.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily and publicly disclose personal
information on any online service or Web Site - for example on message boards,

In addition,
we ONLY use the personal information which you provide at the time you create
your Account ID to verify that you are an active and current IBT member, thereby
authorizing you to purchase/contribute to the Hoffa-Mack 2006 Campaign
Fund. Except
as otherwise provided herein, the Web Site will not disclose your
Account ID, password, or personal information which is collected by US,
except to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, or to the extent
that WE believe in good faith such disclosure is in response to a legitimate
investigative inquiry request from a law enforcement agency in connection with
activities on or through this Web Site. We will only use your personal information
for the sole purpose of maintenaining OUR compliance with IBT Campaign fundraising
and/or applicable state/federal laws and regulations.
We will NOT, however, share or sell your information to any third party without
your consent. However, carefully-screened, internal Campaign representatives,
the webmaster and administrator of the Web Site (including Verio), auditor representatives
of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and/or any federal auditing agency
will have access to personal information/records collected when necessary in
order to comply with any and all laws or IBT regulations governing this Campaign.

Agents
We may employ other volunteers, individuals and/or businesses during this Campaign
for certain services and to perform these functions on our behalf. Examples
include fulfilling orders, sending e-mail,
removing repetitive information from customer lists, Site analysis, analyzing
data, providing support assistance, Web Site maintenance, processing credit
card payments, fraud screening, or providing Member service and fulfillment.
Registration
If you place an order for products or services through this Web Site you
will be asked to provide certain information in order to set up a HOFFA-MACK
2006 account. Required information will include your name, current address,
email address, phone number, IBT Membership Number (which is your social security
number), your Employer and Local Union number, and in part, and you may
be asked through our PayPal partners for applicable credit card or PayPay account
information, name, address, billing and shipping address, a phone number, and/or
email address. Creation of a PayPal account is not a requirement of
purchases of donations online.
The information you provide will be used to verify your membership in order
to use our Service (as contained in "Terms of Use") at this site,
to process and fulfill orders, to provide customer service and to send our
members information about the Campaign and promotional material from us. Our
partner and financial transaction processing is done through a third-party
("PayPal"),
and may request that you provide your personal information and your
data to PayPa. PayPal is governed by the its own terms of
service and privacy notices. By

a PayPal browser payment Web Site page[s]) are subject strictly to the PayPal

We use customer contact information from this account, information that
is collected is used to verify your IBT membership only. Financial transactions
and information collected by PayPal is for the purpose of payment processing,
shipping, billing the user for products and Service, and Campaign accounting
verification. Unique identifiers, such as ID and passwords,
are collected by PalPal separately to verify the user's identity, and
may be used for accounting practices in our record-keeping system.
Campaign Volunteers or Newsletter Sign Ups
Our online Newsletter / Volunteer sign-up form asks visitors for their email
address and other information. This profile data is also collected at this
Web Site. We use this data to inform volunteers of upcoming events, promotional
Campaign materials and notices regarding the Campaign itself. Users may opt
out of receiving future mailings, as stated above, or by contacting MackMail

We offer MackMail Newsletter to interested individuals to share Campaign information
and updates. Users may cancel their free email subscriptions by following the
simple instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or email.
Security
The HOFFA-MACK 2006 and its affiliates utilize a variety of security
measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All user
contact information is contained behind a "firewall" and only accessible
by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to production
systems. Passwords and credit card numbers are encrypted by HOFFA-MACK
2006 and/or PayPal and resides in secure databases, also located behind
a firewall. All sensitive credit card information supplied by users is
transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted
by HOFFA-MACK 2006 or PayPal.
Modification of Information
If you choose to modify your personal information, you may do so by clicking
on the "Modify My Account" section of the Login area of this Web Site. You
will be required to submit a valid user ID and password for authentication
before you will be able to modify your file. If you have forgotten your
